Sharing with Third-Parties

Air New Zealand shares passenger travel information with the below third-parties to facilitate the services you have purchased from us. This includes your title, name, gender, date of birth, frequent flyer programme and membership details, phone number, email address, meal request, special assistance request, itinerary details, and your credit card information including billing address.

In addition to these partners, we also share passenger travel information with:

• Other airlines included in your booking;
• Government (Immigration services) for the nations/regions you are travelling to, as required by law; and,
• Ground-handling providers who act as our agents at selected airports to perform check-in, passenger processing and fulfilment of special assistance requests (e.g. provision of wheelchairs).
